The belt fastens with heavy-duty velcro. Available in three different sizes: Small, Medium, Large. Most will have a release knife on both hips and a plyers knife case combo. Small 30''-36'' / Medium 34''-38'' / Large 38'' - 44''. Holders sold separately.
